Behavior: Low FPS/ FPS Drops occur when using Borderless Windowed Fullscreen Mode.

This guide will will try to explain things as clearly as possible, but make some assumptions about your environment and your familiarity with the operating system. Most notably, that you are familiar with the basic operations of your PC (how to download files, how to extract them, etc.)

When using traditional Fullscreen (Borderless Window), your GPU will render every display element (windows, widgets, etc.) despite them not actually being displayed. This takes away performance that it could be using for Eden to render the game. If your GPU is not powerful enough to handle all this load, this can cause low FPS inside of Eden. This setting should be used if compatibility with the on-screen keyboard is affected in your particular title.
Open the Eden Settings by going to Emulation → Configure.
Select the Graphics option and change Fullscreen Mode from Borderless Windowed to Exclusive Fullscreen. Select OK to apply the change.
